Ingredients
1 jar Larco beef goulash
600 gram peeled potatoes (very floury)
dash skimmed milk
50 gram butter
400 gram tomatoes
1 piece zucchini

salt and pepper (after taste)
 
Preparation
1. Put all ingredients ready.

2. Cut the potatoes to uniform pieces. Put them in a large pan and put them just under water. Boil the potatoes done (with salt), drain them and let them evaporate.

3. Rub the potatoes through a fine sieve or use a masher.

4. Add the milk and butter to the mash and stir until a smooth whole. Bring to taste with salt and pepper.

5. Cut the tomato and zucchini into small slices.

6. Put the goulash in a baking tray and divide the zucchini over the goulash. Put the tomatoes on the zucchini and add pepper and salt. Put the mash potatoes in a forcing bag and spray on the tomatoes. Make sure everything is nicely closed.

7. Put the baking tray in a preheated oven about 15 minutes on 180ÂșC. Put on the oven-grill and grill until the potatoes are nicely golden Brown and serve the dish.

Serve a fresh salad with this oven dish.
