| 1 jar Larco chicken fillet in broth 1 kg white asparagus 4 pieces carrots 125 gram mushrooms ½ pot corn 1 twig parsley 6 tubes chives Pepper and salt |

| 1. Put all ingredients ready. 2. Skin the asparagus en cut them in length in thin slices of 1 cm. Do the slices asparagus in a large pan. 3. Skin the carrots and cut them in thin slices. Add the carrots to the asparagus. 4. Cut the mushrooms in pieces and put them in a small bowl together with the corn. 5. Pick and wash the parsley and chop really fine. Cut the chives in little pieces and put the herbs in a small bowl separately. 6. Open the jar chicken fillet and add only the broth to the asparagus and carrots. Cut the chicken fillet in little pieces. 7. Bring the pan with the broth, asparagus and carrots to the boil and let it kook softly for 3 minutes. Add the pieces chicken fillet, mushrooms and corn and heat it up a little more. Season with some pepper and salt to your taste. Add the parsley and chives and serve the soup in bowls. |
