| 1. Put all ingredients ready. 2. Clean the green beans (remove the ends). Cut the beans in pieces of ± 3 cm and put them together with the onion in a large pan with lid. 3. Remove the crowns of the tomatoes and slice a cross on the bottom. Plunge the tomatoes in boiling water (with this the skin releases). Pull the tomatoes out of the boiling water and rinse them with cold water. Remove the skin and cut the tomatoes in little cubes and add to the green beans. 4. Skin the red pepper and remove the pith and seeds. Cut the red pepper in little cubes and add with the rest in the pan. 5. Peel the garlic, cut it in two and remove the green tip. Cut the garlic fine and put it also in the pan. 6. Put the rice in a large pan and put the rice just under water. Boil for 8-10 minutes with pepper and salt. 7. Open the cans Larco Piri Piri and put it in a large pan. Heat the Piri Piri slowly so the chicken fillet stays whole. 8. Bring the pan with green beans, onion, tomatoes, red pepper and garlic to the boil. Season with pepper and salt and boil the whole 3-5 minutes. 9. Make little balls of the rice with an ice spoon. Place the rice balls in a circle on a plate. Put the mixture with beans around the rice balls and put the chicken Piri Piri in the middle of the rice balls. |
