| 1 jar Larco beef in broth 600 g new potatoes with thin skin 6 g garlic, chopped finely 100 g carrots, cut in small cubes 130 g garden peas, frozen 60 g shallots cut up 90 g pickles, cut in small cubes 60 g mayonnaise soft green lettuce leafs parsley, chopped fine pepper and salt |

| 1. Putt all ingredients ready. 2. Cut the potatoes with skin in small cubes and put them in a pan and add some of the broth (the potatoes not completely flooded). Add the chopped up garlic and bring it to the boil. After boiling 1 minute add the carrots and boil the whole until the potatoes are just done and add the frozen peas. When the broth is almost evaporated take the pan of the stove. Add the shallots, pickles, beef and mayonnaise. Stir the complete mass and season with some pepper and salt to your taste. Let the salad cool off and put it in the frigde. 3. Put the washed lettuce in a circle on a plate and put the salad in the middle. Sprinkle some parsley on top for garnishing. Ps. Also Larco chicken fillet in broth can be used. |
