| 1 jar Larco chicken broth (340 ml) 800 g tomatoes, ripe 100 g point pepper (red) 100 g carrots 100 g celery 10 g garlic, peeled 3 g curry powder 2 g pepper, squeezed 1 g cinnamon bark 1 leaf laurel chives, cut up pepper and salt |

| 1. Put all ingredients ready. 2. Cut the tomatoes, sweet pepper, carrots, celery and garlic in coarse pieces and mash it in a food processor. Put the mash in a pan and add the curry powder, squeezed pepper, cinnamon bark and laurel leaf. Add the complete jar Larco chicken fillet with broth and dilute with 2 jars of water. Bring the complete pan to the boil and let it smoothly brew for 10 minutes. Sieve it all so only the drinking broth stays. Boil the drinking broth again and season with some pepper and salt. 3. Divide the drinking broth over the glasses and sprinkle the chives on top for garnishing. Ps. This recipe is also delicious as a cold drink on warm days. |
