| 1 can Texas meatballs in BBQ sauce (820 g) 4 pcs peppers (various colors) 500 gram mini mushrooms 600 gram peeled potatoes (floury) 10 g garlic, peeled 60 gram butter 1 dash milk olive oil salt and pepper |

| 1. Put all ingredients ready. 2. Clean the peppers and cut them into thin strips. 3. Remove the stalks from the mushrooms (up to the hat). 4. Put the contents of the can in a pan and add the mushrooms. Fry the pepper strips in another pan in a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle with pepper and salt and bake until the peppers soften. Add it to the pan with the meatballs and mushrooms and bring it to the boil and let it simmer for a while. Bring it with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Cut the peeled potatoes into pieces and put the pieces together with the garlic, some water and salt in a pan. Boil it until the potatoes are done and mash them. Bring the mashed potatoes to the taste with butter, milk, salt and pepper and make sure the mash is nicely smooth. 6. Take 4 plates and make two balls of the mashed potatoes with an ice spoon and put them on the plates. Divide the mashed potatoes before the Texas meatballs. Ps. you can expand the sauce for one with green beans or broccoli. |
