Ingredients
1 jar Larco beef stew
1 pouch Honig onion soup (2.4 kg)
4 pieces par baked French sticks
1 piece Reypenaer cheese
 
Preparation
1. Put all ingredients ready.

2. Bake the French sticks in 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180˚C. Let the French sticks cool down. Cut the bread lengthwise in half and cut each piece lengthwise again into 3 pieces. Now cut all the strips of bread into 1 inch pieces.

3. Rasp the Reypenaer cheese in thin strips.

4. Add the contents of the jar beef stew and the bag of onion soup in a pan and bring it to the boil.

5. Turn the oven-grill on.

6. Divide the soup over 8 large soup bowls and sprinkle the pieces of bread on top. Sprinkle the rasped cheese.

7. Put the bowls in the oven grill and let the cheese melt.

8. Remove the bowls from the oven (note: very hot).
